The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Relations of Lease)

The Law introduces amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine and the Law "On the Lease of Property in State and Municipal Ownership". The amendments coordinate regulations of the said legislative acts, specify the procedure of appraisal of State and municipal property, and envisage more extensive use of competitive principles by conclusion of lease agreements.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0903.
